Amanda is the mother of 2, a lifestyle maven and a strategy mastermind! By profession, she is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion thought leader. By passion, her superpower is helping women and moms create systems that make life AND business easier to create more BALANCE. With 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, Amanda is able to utilize her skills of developing systems and strategies that work for organizations and apply them to all areas of life and entrepreneurship.

Amanda is a passionate speaker and has done various speaking engagements to highlight her efforts in advancing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace and beyond. She's had the opportunity to present and facilitate conversations on platforms such as the Annual Michigan SHRM Conference, Minnesota School Board Administration Leadership Conference and Corp Magazine's Michigan Salute to Diversity Conference just to name a few. She is a 3 times Certified Diversity Professional and a Training Facilitator.

In addition, she is passionate about empowering women and mothers to become the best version of themselves. When she is not speaking to advocate for DE&I, she's motivating and inspiring women. She's been featured on multiple podcasts as well as served as keynote speaker and panelists during various women empowerment events around the country. She believes that women have to maintain their identity OUTSIDE of motherhood, marriage and beyond. She helps women focus on creating balance so that they can be fulfilled in all aspects of their lives.

Amanda is a lover of all things fabulous. She is an avid traveler, fashion enthusiast and foodie. Not only does she use her social media platforms to share her experience as a mom, she also curates content highlighting the best vibes in food, fashion and travel.

 

She is also the founder of the H.O.T Mom Tribe; a safe space for women & moms to be honest, open & transparent about the issues they face in life. It’s a community, but also a movement, helping women through personal and professional development to become the BEST version of themselves.
